Żabka as a leader in the convenience store market in Central and Eastern Europe needed an efficient tool for communication and handling of internal company processes. Moreover the company was looking for technological approaches to help it continue to provide optimal service in the current COVID-19 reality. For Żabka it was very important to find a provider who has a knowledge int he field of the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector.
We digitized Żabka’s workflow by implementing a platform based on Microsoft SharePoint, part of Microsoft 365 with the extension of the standards. Via adaption to the nedds of Żabka, it can now leverage the Microsoft Azure App Service web-hosting service for increased flexibility. We also implemented Azure SQL Database instead of SharePoint lists to optimize system performance and allow for greater scalability. All data stored in the SharePoint platform can also be visualized via Power BI data analytics.
As a result, Żabka has reduced cycle time and increased employee involvement, and has improved information flow throughout the company.
